Updates

A lot has been happening in our art studio. We have several new items for sale as it says on the sign below. The next three pictures are drawn by me and though I have several others these are my best works of art. Fruit Platter.
Banana
This is the first picture I have ever made and I still have not sold it. It is called "Lazy pasture horse".
The next two pictures are pictures Kate has on sale. This one is bracelet...

And this is perfume bottles.
Kate also has foam for sale which I don't have.

Another thing I don't have, Kate makes faces to sell. She also sometimes makes them with yarn hair but this one does not have it. Kate made this one a Grandpa.

Something that Kate doesn't have, paper cranes. I have many other colors but this is just one of them. I make them all by hand, and I plan to make several other origami figures.

The next two pictures are of the foil art that me and Kate have to sell. the first one I made and the second one is Kate's. We also have several other holiday ones.

Kate and I both sell cards. We make them using stamps. These next couple ones are mine and the one at the very end is Kate's. This first one is a Thank you card. And you should know that there is sometimes a design on the inside too.

A baby card. This is my favorite card ever. There is congratulations stamped in the inside.

A miscellaneous card. I also have several other miscellaneous cards.

Birthday card.
This one is a masculine card.

This is a holiday card, Easter card to be specific, and I have several other holiday ones.

And this one is Kate's card. She has one or two others but this is her best one.
I also make scrap booking pages. Mostly just for me but if you want one I will be happy to make it for you!

Creativity?

Today Henry asked me to build him a fort out of pillows. I just said "No" and then I tipped the couch over. On purpose of course. I stacked a few pillows, put a lamp inside it, and put a blanket over the top for a door. Oh, and I told Kate and Henry several times that it wouldn't fall on Henry's head. I wouldn't really call this creative but I don't know the right words so creative is fine. The cutest Henry ever. He wants to keep the fort up forever. I don't think so.

Dorkish?

Yesterday I found Henry on his bedroom floor in these Transformer sunglasses and a medal. Complete with the messiest hair ever. He couldn't keep his eyes open at the flash on my camera (Even with the sunglasses on) or in the next picture.

I would call this the weirdist and may I add, the dorkiest picture that my camera has ever taken.

Piper Jonathan & Elliot Noel

I can't believe that we have had the puppies for 3 weeks and I don't have any pictures of them on my blog yet! We got them on Henry's birthday. They were Piper Jonathan and Noel Isabella but we decided that Noel was too close to no and she wasn't really learning her name so we changed it to Elliot Noel. I love them so much! Whenever I say "Where's my puppies?" Piper comes running to me and licks my face. He isn't much of a cuddler but he will play with you at any given time. Elliot does play but she would prefer cuddling on your lap. She doesn't always run to me but when I sit down she thinks that she can just climb on my lap and fall asleep which is fine with me. The next two pictures are of me holding Piper. In this first one Elliot was also asleep on me. I think that this picture is so adorable!

Me and Elliot.
This was the day they both came over and sat on my lap. They might have fallen asleep but I think that they were too interested in the camera.

We love our puppies so much and I wouldn't trade them for any other dog in the world!

Sophia, Rachel, and $6.00

On the way to pick up the poodles Mommy said that she would offer $6.00 to anyone who would get rid of their hamster. Kate and Henry agreed to that offer right away but old, fatty Aggie is going to hang out with me for a while yet. This is a very rare picture. This is my only one of all three of them together, mostly looking at the camera, and not blurry. Here is the last picture of them together. This must be embarrassing to Rachel.
I think that Aggie is lonely even though Mommy says she doesn't even remember them now. Sophia does have red eyes in real life but my camera (that doesn't work very well) makes her eyes look even redder then normal.

This is the last picture that you will ever see of Sophia on my blog.
This is the last picture you will ever see of Rachel on my blog.

I hope that they will remember us! (Even though I know that they won't.)

Henry's 6!

I can't believe how fast time goes by! I also can't believe that Henry is six! This is his Transformer birthday cake. The candy things: Pure sugar. Yuck.
He didn't do that well with blowing out his candles this year. It took him two maybe three tries to blow them all out. He sure was cute about it though.

He was too busy eating cake to smile for me.
This is finally what I get. He looks really happy here.
He gave me a good smile when he had cake in his mouth.
I think that he really liked his gifts this year.
He was tearing through the presents so fast! In no time at all he was done opening them.

He got really carried away with the opening of presents that he was standing on his chair most of the time.
And here are all of his presents. We got most of them on our girls' date in Fargo at the beginning of November. He would have loved Toys_r_us.
He got quite a few trucks.
When he had only torn through enough wrapping paper to see what was inside the gift he said "Okay, I already know what is in this one. Next one coming up." Or something like that. Henry doesn't really play with this toy as much as Daddy does. It has a remote control and it requires a lot of skill. (I think)

This is something Star Wars.
When we went to visit the Blacks in Colorado they had a snowball maker and Henry loved it. So they got him one for his birthday.
I got this for him. I don't think that he really liked it compared to some of his other toys.

Henry loved this Indiana Jones sword and knives from Dave and Bev. I think it was his favorite present or at least one of his favorites.
Henry decided for his birthday lunch he wanted to go to Space Aliens. I think he really liked it but everyone was distracted by the fact that we were getting our puppies right after that.

I didn't really get as many tickets but I didn't mind because I just couldn't wait to get the puppies!
Kate got the most tickets out of anyone. She may have had a little help but in the end she ended up with 300 something tickets.
Henry ended up with quite a few in the end too. I think that Henry had a great birthday and everyone had fun. Even though we were pretty busy during his birthday we had a great time!
